Return Window:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.

 

Eligibility Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition 

• Original packaging must be intact 

• Proof of purchase is required 

 

Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed and processed in accordance with our third‑party fulfillment partners’ return and exchange procedures.

 

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

 

Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Non‑Returnable Items:

• Used or damaged items (not due to defect) 

• Clearance or final‑sale items 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@trymefor.com with photo evidence.
